Kathleen Magee joined the Rothkoff Law Group in 2014 as a Geriatric Care Coordinator and transitioned to the Director of Care Coordination in 2019.  She primarily works with our clients in the Philadelphia and Bucks County area.

Kathleen has held various positions in long-term care communities, including recreational therapy and social services. Through her experience as an activity coordinator with the recreational therapy department, Kathleen was able to develop relationships with the residents while enhancing their quality of life through various cognitive, physical, and social activities. She would later transition to the role of social services coordinator where she continued to expand her skills for care coordination, patient/resident advocacy and a developed vast knowledge for resources available for the aging population.

Since joining the Rothkoff Law Group, Kathleen has received a “Certificate in Elder Law Certification” through Stockton Center on Successful Aging. She currently serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association (LCPLFA).

Kathleen graduated from Bloomsburg University. During her free time, Kathleen enjoys staying active through yoga and running, spending time with friends and family around the table, whether it is to enjoy a delicious meal or play a fun game.

Dr. Cacchione is the Ralston House Term Chair in Gerontological Nursing, Professor of Geropsychiatric Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Nurse Scientist at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She is a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner who has practiced for over 30 years across the care continuum.  Dr. Cacchione’s research focuses on low-cost robots to improve function and social engagement for older adults. Dr Cacchione received her BSN from Villanova University, MSN as a GNP from Marymount University, and PhD from Saint Louis University. She completed postdoctoral training at the University of Iowa. Dr. Cacchione has over 100 publications and is the Past Editor in Chief of Clinical Nursing Research and International Journal. Dr. Cacchione is a Fellow in the Gerontological Society of America and the American Academy of Nursing. She is a nurse innovator. She is the CEO and Founder of AgingSense a startup technology company to improve the lives of older adults. The focus of her presentation will be on integrating low cost robots into care of older adults.

Steve Gilbert possesses a broad depth of experience that comes from over 25 years of service in the financial services industry. As part of Prudential Annuities' Advanced Planning and Solutions team, Steve works extensively with financial professionals, CPAs, and attorneys, aiding with the complexities and opportunities of retirement planning, income distribution, and estate planning. Steve is a frequent speaker and published author on subjects including retirement, estate, gift, and income tax planning. In addition to providing support to financial professionals, Steve works alongside the Prudential Annuities National Sales Desk to provide support to the Prudential Annuities Sales and Distribution organization. Before joining Prudential Annuities, Steve was part of MassMutual's Retirement Income Group, where he led the sales initiative for a ground breaking Investment Advisory Retirement Income Management Account. Prior to that, he headed up the 403(b) sales group at MassMutual. He also worked with ING Financial Services as a Brokerage Relationship Manager, and started his career in as a financial advisor with John Hancock Financial Services. Steve earned his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University in Business Management. He has attained his CFP®, CLU, ChFC®, CRPC® and RICP® designations. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Chelsea is a Certified Social Worker and Care Coordinator with Rothkoff Law Group.  Dedicated to being a resource for her clients, Chelsea is especially passionate about advocating for the dignity and quality of life during their end of life journey; a conversation not easily had by most even in todays healthcare industry.  Chelsea was inspired to become a Death Doula by her ability to assist and advise families and clients on how they can understand and approach their own end of life goals. 

She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Worker from Stockton University and completed two field study internships, in an acute rehabilitation center and another in a sub-acute/ long term care center.  This is where she realized her passion for working with the elderly and joined the Rothkoff Law Group in 2019 as a Geriatric Care Coordinator.    

Certified through the National Association of Social Worker (NASW) as well as a Certified Elder Care Coordinator through The Stockton Center on Successful Aging at Stockton University; Chelsea completed her End of Life Doula training through the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA).  She is currently working towards becoming a Certified End of Life Doula.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Jill is a professional death doula, also referred to as an end-of-life doula. She offers comprehensive non-medical support encompassing emotional, practical, and spiritual aspects to individuals approaching the final stages of their lives, as well as to their families.

Her journey as a death doula began in 2006 when she moved back home to New Jersey with her husband, taking on the responsibility of caring for her 90-year-old grandmother during the final phase of her life.

Drawing upon her expertise, Jill delivers both in-person and virtual end-of-life support and preparation as a death doula and end-of-life coach to her esteemed clients and their families.

Originally from Vineland, NJ, she currently resides in Camden County with her husband and two children, actively transforming her suburban yard into a Natural Wildlife Habitat.

As the firm’s New Jersey Client Services Director, Jacinda Graham is responsible for the daily operations of our New Jersey offices. Jacinda is often the first person that clients and their loved ones come into contact with. Her love of working with and advocating for seniors makes Jacinda the ideal point person to ensure our clients’ needs are being addressed..

In addition to handling client intakes and serving as the firm’s air traffic controller, Jacinda assists our clients with long term care insurance claims and appeals, reviews facility admission agreements and applications, and offers additional support to other departments within the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Jacinda spent much of the previous 12 years working in assisted living and memory care communities. She began her senior care career during her freshman year of college as a CNA with Sunrise Senior Living. After several years, Jacinda realized that this was her passion, and evolved into the role of Sales and Marketing Director upon graduating from Rutgers University. Just prior to joining the office, Jacinda was in Mercer County with a non-profit senior care organization.

Jacinda continues to support the efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association, TREC, and other elder care advocacy groups. When she is not working, Jacinda enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and supporting her favorite local sports team.
